Alan Stephens

President, Chief Executive Officer and Director

A graduate of the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College, University of London, Mr. Stephens has over 31 years of international mining experience. He has lived and worked extensively in Chile, Mexico and Brazil. Before co-founding Coro, Mr. Stephens was Vice-President of Exploration for First Quantum Minerals Ltd., and he spent ten years with Cyprus Amax Minerals Company managing exploration teams in Latin America, Africa, Europe and Asia. He was also Director and Chairman of Valley High Ventures Ltd. from March 2008 to March 2011. He is a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists (US) and of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (UK). Mr. Stephens is also a qualified person for the purposes of NI 43-101.

Michael Philpot

Executive Vice-President, Corporate Secretary and Director

Mr. Philpot is a graduate of the University of British Columbia (BSc Geology) and holds an MBA from the City University of Vancouver. He has over 36 years of experience in the mining industry, including four years in Chile. Prior to co-founding Coro, Mr. Philpot held various executive positions with First Quantum Minerals Ltd., including Vice-President of Administration and Corporate Secretary. From March 2008 to March 2011, he was the Corporate Secreatary of Valley High Ventures Ltd., and currently he is an independent director of Orocan Resources Corp.

Damian Towns

Chief Financial Officer

A graduate of the University of Otago in New Zealand (Bachelor of Commerce with Honors) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand, Mr. Towns has over fifteen years' experience in accounting and finance. For the past eleven years, his work has focused on the mining industry. Prior to joining Coro, Mr. Towns was Controller of First Quantum Minerals Ltd. and also was Chief Financial Officer of Valley High Ventures Ltd. from March 2008 to March 2011, as well as an audit manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Canada. Mr. Towns has international mining and accounting experience in Africa, New Zealand, Latin America, and Canada.

Sergio L. Rivera

Vice President of Exploration

Mr. Rivera is a graduate of Universidad Católica del Norte (Masters in Economic Geology). His 32 years of experience in the exploration of base and precious metals is principally in the Andean Region of Chile, Argentina and Peru. For the past 17 years, and before joining Coro, Mr. Rivera was General Manager of Exploraciones Andinas S.A., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Codelco, the world's largest copper producer and where he played a prominent role in the discovery of several world-class ore deposits, which cumulative contain more than 35 million tonnes of copper.

Fabian Gregorio

President of Minera San Jorge

Mr. Gregorio is an Argentinian lawyer, based in the province of Mendoza, with over 20 years of experience in private business, with a well developed network of local, provincial and federal authorities and politicians. His main duty is to build and develop close relationships with the national and provincial authorities.

Marcelo Cortes

President of Minera Cielo Azul

Mr. Cortes is a graduate of Catholic University (Civil Engineering), and he holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool (Environmental Management) and a Master's degree from Catholic University (Engineering Sciences). His 20 years of experience in mining engineering include Project Engineer for Los Bronces, Minera Disputada of Las Condes, Hydraulic Discipline Lead for Minera Michilla S.A., Construction Lead for EPC Contract of the El Tesoro Mine and also Project Lead for El Tesoro expansion project.
