| | | Alan Stephens
President, Chief Executive Officer and Director
A graduate of the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College, University of London, Mr. Stephens has over 31 years of international mining experience. He has lived and worked extensively in Chile, Mexico and Brazil. Before co-founding Coro, Mr. Stephens was Vice-President of Exploration for First Quantum Minerals Ltd., and he spent ten years with Cyprus Amax Minerals Company managing exploration teams in Latin America, Africa, Europe and Asia. He is a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists (US) and of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (UK). Mr. Stephens is also a qualified person for the purposes of NI 43-101.

| | | Michael Philpot
Executive Vice-President, Corporate Secretary and Director
Mr. Philpot is a graduate of the University of British Columbia (BSc Geology) and holds an MBA from the City University of Vancouver. He has over 28 years of experience in the mining industry, including four years in Chile. Prior to co-founding Coro, Mr. Philpot held various executive positions with First Quantum Minerals Ltd., including Vice-President of Administration and Corporate Secretary.

| | | Juan Carlos Roman
Vice President of Operations and Development
Mr. Roman is a graduate of the University of Chile (Business Engineering) and holds an MBA from ESADE Business School in Barcelona. He has over 25 years of experience in Chile. Prior to joining Coro, Mr. Roman was Vice-President of Mining Management of Antofagasta Minerals S.A. ("Antofagasta") in Chile and was responsible for all Antofogasta's Chilean mining operations. He held a number of executive positions with Antofagasta including General Manager at both the Minera Michilla and Minera El Tesoro mines in Chile. As General Manager of Minera El Tesoro, he was responsible for development of El Tesoro from feasibility to operation.

Chief Financial Officer
A graduate of the University of Otago in New Zealand (Bachelor of Commerce with Honors) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand, Mr. Towns has over ten years' experience in accounting and finance. For the past six years, his work has focused on the mining industry. Prior to joining Coro, Mr. Towns was Controller of First Quantum Minerals Ltd. and also an audit manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Canada. Mr. Towns has international mining and accounting experience in Africa and New Zealand.

Position: Vice President of Business Development
Mr. Geoff Chater holds a B. Sc. Degree in Geology from Texas Christian University and has over 21 years of experience in the mining industry. Mr. Chater is a Principal of Namron Advisors, a corporate communications consultancy and from 1999-2008, held the position of Manager of Corporate Relations for copper producer First Quantum Minerals Ltd.

Position: Vice President of Exploration
Mr. Peri is a graduate of Universidad Catolica del Norte, Antofagasta, Chile, where he earned a degree in Geology. Mr Peri has over 20 years of mining experience in Chile and Peru. Prior to joining Coro he was Business Manager for CVRD Chile and prior to that was the General Manager Peru, & Exploration Manager, Chile for Phelps Dodge, and a Project Geologist for Cyprus Amax (Chile).
